There is nothing to install. The casino runs in a mobile browser and can be pinned to a home screen in a few taps. The part worth planning for is the other thing a phone has to do: send documents and hold a support conversation on a screen the width of your hand.
A browser build has two practical advantages over an installed app. You are always on the current version, because the code is fetched fresh rather than updated on a schedule. And nothing gambling-related sits in your app list or your storage, which some players care about a great deal.
The trade-off is that everything depends on the browser you use. Session cookies, saved logins and the chat history all live in that browser's site data. Clearing it, or switching to a different browser, signs you out and takes the chat record with it.
| Operating system | Browser | Status |
|---|---|---|
| iOS 14 and later | Safari, Chrome | Fully supported |
| Android 8 and later | Chrome, Firefox | Fully supported |
| Windows and macOS | Any current browser | Fully supported |
Open the site in Safari, tap the share icon in the toolbar, scroll to Add to Home Screen and confirm. The icon then launches full screen, without the address bar.
Open the site in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen. Firefox offers the same option under its own menu.
The shortcut is a bookmark with a launcher, not a download. It occupies no meaningful storage and can be removed like any other icon.

Nothing is held back for desktop. What changes is comfort rather than function: game information panels, bet history and long terms pages are all readable on a phone, but they are laid out for a larger screen and need scrolling.
Slots are light on data. Live tables are not, because they are a continuous video stream, and an hour at a live table will use a noticeable share of a monthly allowance and warm the handset in the process.
A dropped connection mid-spin looks alarming and rarely is. The round is settled on the operator's servers, not on your phone, so the outcome is decided whether or not the screen finishes the animation. Reopen the game and the result will be in your bet history. A live table is less forgiving: the seat may be released while you are away.
This is the part most mobile pages ignore. The chat widget takes over the whole screen, so you cannot read the terms page and talk to an agent at the same time. Have the details you need in front of you before you open it.
Send the transcript to your own email address at the end of the conversation. On a phone this matters more than on a desktop, because clearing site data to fix a loading problem — routine advice from any help desk — deletes the chat history in the same action.
For document uploads, photograph the item flat, in daylight, with all four corners inside the frame. Upload straight from the browser rather than sending the picture through a messaging app first, since those apps compress images enough to make small print unreadable, and an unreadable document comes back as a refusal rather than a request.
